Some players have taken to building a deck thats more focused on lifegain than card draw
Id like to see it grounded on a place besides Ravnica and I really do want to see it move into the other colors, all of which have graveyard identities, mostly because I dont see black as the color that represents espionage
Thats not to say you cant play any way to counter your opponents spells, but you need to run modal spells like Cryptic Command that can still be useful when cast during your upkeep a few turns later
For starters, we're playing in Simic colors, and so the usual ramping tools are needed

While a developer, he's got some designer in him, and he consistently did a nice job of balancing providing new ideas while also making sure we weren't being too crazy
