Because it plays so well with a half-dozen or so creatures and vehicles in Standard, Thraben Inspector goes from being a role-player and curve consideration for Standard decks of the past like Boss Humans or Bant to a full-fledged engine (no pun intended) for what many of the decks in the format are trying to do
Activate only before the combat damage step
For each card exiled this way, for as long as it's exiled, its owner may cast it from exile by paying rather than paying its mana cost
While Pokmon requiring multiple energy types (such as Dragon types needing Water, Fire, or Electric) are allowed, this approach is generally inefficient unless your deck is specifically built with ample energy support for those Pokmon
Hes easily one of my favorite Pokemon right now, and this product is hands down my favorite Pokemon TCG product of all time
