Okay, thats a bit of an exaggeration
Early in the game, you can cast spells to your hearts content with no real fear of running out in the mid-to-late game
Furthermore, although it was technically considered an expansion to Ice Age , the snow mechanic was largely ignored in Alliances , and the direction of both sets was even more divergent before a handful of mechanical tie-ins were added during development
This difference is for clarity purposes and does not change the function of any of these abilities
With unique superpowers that match their comics abilities and gorgeous art to boot, these upcoming sets look to be major gamechangers for MTG in the coming years, especially as they allow players to try out various playstyles in their Commander decks
I expect these to double in the next couple months
