Black mana can wipe the board with Decree of Pain (which has Cycling) or Damnation , and it can draw or tutor cards with Diabolic Tutor , Vampiric Tutor , Painful Truths or Razaketh's Rite (for the Cycling)
In Commander games, this can be essentially every turn, so Ledger Shredder can help find cards quicker and grow at the same time
Removal and interaction Interaction is where a lot of Commander lists get lazy
