The thing to keep in mind with these values is that they are for sealed products in relativity or very good condition
That means if we get into unfavorable combat situations, we can use a card like Quicksilver Dagger or Thornbite Staff (there are unfortunately no Pirate Shamans) to continue getting damage in
The reserved list might seem like an overreaction now, but it felt very necessary at the time
If you cast a spell with its escape permission, you can't choose to apply any other alternative costs or to cast it without paying its mana cost
This card feels like it was designed for CLB draft/sealed mostly, but there are some very niche cases in already existing EDH decks that want to run this card
Not only can it wipe out aggressive early boards and most mana rocks, but it also gives you color-filtered mana for doing so, effectively making the card free, or a ramp piece, in many situations
