A creature that you're staring down can't attack or block as long as you're looking at it, so you can prevent a big creature from attacking or a creature with deathtouch from blocking
Theyre also great when you only need a handful of high-impact staples (instead of printing an entire deck), so you can upgrade a list fast without a full print-on-demand workflow
It works only once per turn, and they enter tapped, but its still a good effect
A creature token that was created with two or more creature types will (usually) qualify for the bonus bestowed by Harold's last ability because its name is those types plus the word "Token." It doesn't matter what you're using to represent the token
