Old Pokmon cards can go for a lot of money, but sometimes, something else causes a huge spike in prices, causing plenty of people to sell away those dusty old binders in the hopes of a quick chunk of cash

I bring Kird Ape up because it is very easy to think of threshold as requiring a condition that involves some substantial work on behalf of the player
It's a good idea to either do it when you have a large number of lands out in play already, or run more extra lands cards like Exploration, Burgeoning, or Dryad of the Ilysian Grove
