You move the stats around a bit and add in the ability to make a second 3/3 on the following turn and it's pretty clear how much of an upgrade this is

For example, the card sleeves might depict Charcadet or its evolutions, tying into that promo card (just like Obsidian Flames ETB sleeves featured Charmander for the Charizard-themed set)

So this would be a pivot away from that previous focus
