The card is a terrible card, it's weak and a crappy attack

That makes this box set pretty much roughly $30 dollars less than what my weekly paycheck used to be at my retail job

You do have to be a little careful with this card though, as the effect is symmetrical

Search your deck for up to 2 Basic Energy cards, reveal them, and put them in your hand

I, personally, was fortunate enough to learn the tip of where to find Dratini while I was on the playground and long before I reached the Elite Four in the game, but it is only by piecing this information together, and having a lot of patience and a lot of luck, that you could catch a Dratini and eventually train your own Dragonite in these games
