Given how easy it is to create the Darkstar token and that it doesnt cost any additional mana, Rufus Shinra is a great card for giving you continual fodder for your sacrifice outlets, but also just for good board presence

It has all the same advantages as the previous evoke creatures, but you cant do much better than this when what you really need is an answer to enchantments that dont mess up your cascade spells

There are a few aspects that hold it back from being more complex and competitive, namely a lack of card draw and ways to mount a comeback and counter the opponent, but those issues may be alleviated as the game evolves
