As long as the table is smart and doesnt block the 1/1 commander so it never dies, it can be a Skeleton for as long as you need
Its some decent protection against board sweepers, so thats something to be said for it, but I think you can do much better
With the commander being so open ended, you can really build it however you want
Because your subsequent turns draw step will bring you back to an odd number of cards, which is right where Flubs wants you
You can move characters onto a location, though, and doing so will often grant them powerful effects, like The Queens Castle, Mirror Chamber drawing you cards for every character you have on it
