What was once an underused creature type to build decks around in Magic: The Gathering, Warlocks have slowly gained more cards that give synergy, like the outlaw mechanic, that have made them become a staple creature type in Commander
No bounce spell gives you the ability to be a Vindicate if the conditions are right (No cards in their hand when you cast it)
Considering the relatively low ink cost of all three Ducktails nephew cards, getting this ability rolling early on in a Lorcana game is entirely plausible, as well as being excellent gameplay-wise thanks to the advantage that additional card draw can get you

They arent technically card advantage but serve a similar purpose: letting you see extra cards to find what you need
But before Level Up was ever even keyworded, we actually got a sneak peek of it through Figure of Destiny from Eventide (2008) , a fan-favorite 1-drop that could grow bigger and badder as you dumped mana into it
