In summary, Treasure Rares occupy a middle-high tier in the One Piece TCG rarity system
If the entering creature isn't the first of its name as it enters, the ability doesn't trigger at all
Black doesnt typically get the ability to destroy enchantments or artifacts, but white does
If you can find the space in your list and have suitable ways to take advantage of the speed or suitable ways to recover the card disadvantage as well as having the land count to support it then this is one of the best cards going
On top of that, the mayhem cost adds real flexibility, allowing you to loot it away with cards like The Modern Age and cast it at a discount to squeeze even more value out of the effect
Neither of those cards are amazing, but jamming them both on to the same card is good, and really helps make a go-wide deck viable
