There are many scenarios where you will be trying to bait countermagic with a Burning Wish against blue decks, and in the scenarios where the bait doesnt work, it is great to punish your opponent by grabbing a discard spell
Its reminiscent of what Wizards attempted with Innistrad: Double Feature, but sensibly not spread over a whole set this time
A functional reprint of a card like Adeline, Resplendent Cathar/ Myrel, Shield of Argive/ Lena, Selfless Champion can easily assist in applying pressure to opponents in the early game whilst providing a defensive advantage in the late game
While it might not be as exciting as planning a deck around solely winning through mill, the more interactive nature means that it will fit my style a bit more, while leaving the door open for mill as a Plan B
If Ancestor's Embrace would be put into a graveyard from anywhere, exile it instead.
Outside of this, a card like Finders Keepers with its staggering three-card draw may find a place in some competitive decks
