Chandra Tribal Chandra Tribal is a deck I made but havent written about

It was still a bit weird having everything be a villain, but basically it worked

It rewards correct timing more than complex sequencing, which keeps play approachable

Its not quite a 3-mana Kaervek the Merciless since it only hits players, but its also not a 7-mana creature

The Ninth Doctor's ability triggers during the untap step and goes onto the stack at the beginning of the next step (usually the upkeep)
