The lore is pretty good, but the set itself has a lot of work to do to match up to the releases weve had so far this year - with Modern Horizons 2 being an absolutely powerhouse, and the D&D flavour of Adventures in the Forgotten Realms making for one of the most enticing sets in recent years

It's not uncommon to end the first turn with 2-3 Xyzs on the board, or even something like a 4- or 5-material Number 86: Heroic Champion - Rhongomyniad (which, by the way, is the opening play you'll aim for most often, but we'll get to that later)

Its also a reasonably sized blocker against things like Ragavan, Nimble Pilferer and can stop Hammertime for a turn or two thanks to reach
