In my own testing, I have found the 61st and 62nd cards to be negligible but others disagree

Most Commander decks go rather late, so Valakut Exploration is a great option most of the time

These cards are classy and would make a great full-set collector's item, but given that they're only for rare or mythic rare Heroes and Villains, they're going to be difficult to find in packs without having to buy some as singles

Its very unlikely that you will be able to take home a deck or buy anything
