Nowhere near the top 10 of this list, but it can still see a good amount of play in the right deck that can get it into the graveyard consistently
Since its beginnings in the mid-90s, the Japanese franchise has grown its fanbase around the world
For example, Greninja, which evolves from Frogadier (which, in turn, evolves from Froakie), is usually a Water type Pokemon, but its Tera card is Fighting type
But it could slot in there, or even help create a whole new archetype around it
Still, if you compare it to other 1998 cards, it is, in fact, one of the coolest out there
The deck was designed to have a lands sub-theme, so adding Glacial Chasm in (which I want to cut from the Kirri, Talented Sprout decklist I featured on Plot Twist #21 ) adds another tool to the decks toolbox
