This may not fulfill the initial promise of Universes Within , but I do think it's better than nothing

Because its a Stage 2 card, its a little more difficult to set up, but it might have a place in some Psychic decks built around control

I also point to Professor Juniper and cards like Computer Search or Dowsing Machine that can lead you to Professor Juniper its not uncommon for a player to draw into these cards after a well-timed N (not to mention the Jirachi- EX that will be in our next set)
