My guess would be the fully-glossy cards were the ones attached to the kiosk to prevent damage from constant use. Unlike the previous two cards mentioned in this article, there have been an almost continuous supply of these hole-punched Pichu cards on eBay for the past 3 years which I cant imagine will run out any time soon
