#3 I think if the Pokemon was placed at a National Cemetery (or memorial park such as Hiroshima) that would be wrong and disrespectful, but I am in agreement with @matthew mckeon if the Pokemon was placed on the battlefield of near the visitor center, good opportunity
The holographic patterns on the original WOTC prints are particularly beautiful on the Team Rocket cards, with the shimmering effect interacting with the darker color palettes to create visual depth that the brighter, more saturated Base Set and Jungle holos cannot quite achieve
