Im mostly looking for the best commons/uncommons here, with particular importance given to efficient removal, Balamb T-Rexaur, or anything else thats clearly above average

This Heliod's front side only lets you return a non-God enchantment from your graveyard back to your hand, but once flipped, he gives all your spells flash, a huge upgrade to their casting speed

And what more could you ever want than that

In constructed you could have multiples of these which you cannot in cube and that does detract quite a lot from its potential value

And the art its very good
