It's very strong in multiplayer since you are more likely to be running at least one opponent with Green ramp and two-drop ramp spells like Rampant Growth and Farseek are getting added to ramp brews in Commander over conventional ramp like Cultivate and Kodama's Reach, so on the turn you have three mana, one player casting a two mana ramp spell with an extra land is pretty likely, and if not, then someone probably cast Explore spells or dropped an Exploration and an extra land or two
Massive Raid costs one more mana to cast, but upgrades to instant speed and the ability to target creatures in addition to players
this gives you 2 extra Lore and reduces your opponents current Lore by 2 in the process
Now, Claustrophobia doesnt destroy a creature, but it does keep it on lockdown as soon as it hits the board
Then all you need to do is load up on some mill and five-mana creatures you want to bring back
In this route, youre looking to get your discard engine set up first, and letting the ramping piece come in later when it does
