The idea here is, at the end of our [[Eternal Witness] loop we can use Primal Command to tutor up one of our Stampeding creatures, which allow us to pick up our Eternal Witness every turn during our upkeep
You must follow all normal timing rules for Bird spells cast and lands played using the middle ability and must pay all costs for spells cast this way
No matter how much synergy you stick into the 99 card pile next to your commander, its all worthless if you dont have the resources the cast those cards or a way to turn that pile into victory before someone else does
A card like this is really difficult to provide a price for since it so wildly depends on what the format looks like
But more importantly, itll let you draw a card under unfavorable conditions when opponents draw their second card, or cast a second spell, or attack you with at least two creatures
Mana Leak This is the fixed Counterspell in much the same way that Shock and Volcanic Hammer are the baseline burn
