The foil on Cards A, B, C, and E is the same one found on the foils from the Urzas Legacy Magic set as well as the Lightning Dragon promo card, ten test prints of which are seen on Nitzs sheet
This card is at the bottom because you wont be using it to attack but it is a vital material for one of the best Red-Eyes monsters (much further into this list)
