It's a Standard legal set, the first Universes Beyond product to be playable in (what is ostensibly) the game's main format
A transforming double-faced card enters with its front face up by default, unless a spell or ability instructs you to put it onto the battlefield transformed or allows you to cast it transformed, in which case it enters with its back face up
Characters enter play exerted they arrive with the ink not yet dry, meaning they cannot Quest or Challenge on the turn they are played
A 2/3 with deathtouch is great in UB, especially since the game plan against aggro is usually to stabilize early, trade up efficiently, and start generating card advantage
