Although there have been reports of 60/40 on the front and 75/25 on the back getting PSA 10s but I suspect these are cheap cards that PSA doesn't mind handing out 10s for or card has GM10 standard met for all other aspects of the card

I had zero ways to kill it in my 75, which I think is correct since how am I supposed reliably make colored mana with Stony Silence in play (three Glimmervoid)
That said, custom cards will always benefit from sleeve protection during active play same as any collectible card you'd rather not wear down
