You could also build it as Azorius blink, but I think there are more interesting blink commanders out there

Im all about tribal cards, specifically cards that can replace some of the higher played cards in EDH, and so I like this card quite a bit

Sadly, Magic: The Gathering 's meteor cards (at least the ones previewed at time of writing) are themed around Final Fantasy 7 , and neither cost enough to trigger this ability
