While the deck wants to go first, Vampires are awkwardly stuck in a position where they both want to go first to set ********** and avoid their weird battle phase restrictions while they also want to go second to steal/tribute the opponent's monsters and generally break boards and gain LP

I think Fervor could see an uptick on the basis of utility since its cheaper than worse rares that are played less in EDH
With no limit to how many you can have on the board, this card could easily wipe out your opponent, all while giving you a good army to block the incoming damage
It is always exciting to try out new mechanics in the Pokemon TCG, but this set in particular does a wonderful job of encouraging trainers to test their limits and try new things
This is not great on-curve, as decks that want to go wide should have ways to pump small tokens
