WotC just went ham and jammed a ton of great Magic cards along with existing Final Fantasy artwork from some of the most recognizable FF artists, to make pack-cracking even more exciting
This set has felt remarkably balanced
Despite being a low-level card, costing only two ink to play and having low stats overall, the non-Enchanted form is still a Legendary card
(6/6/2025) If another effect (or effects) modifies how much damage a source you control would dealby preventing some of it, for examplethe player being dealt damage or the controller of the permanent being dealt damage chooses the order in which any such effects (including Lightning's) apply
I was a Magic: The Gathering player back in high school, and the prospect of a game like Magic coming along with the Disney properties attached was almost too much to bear
