As a longtime Soulflayer fan, I havent ever had the motivation to jump through the hoops to make it or similar cards work in Cube, and Indominus Rex is just easy mode in terms of offering that sort of play experience
If an ability tries to move a stun counter from a permanent an opponent controls to another permanent while you control Fear of Sleep Paralysis, that counter won't move
WotC may have to be careful with future recursion spells that bring back permanents from the graveyard and not make them too cheap to avoid such incredible combos
If I were to choose, I would probably try to get the Lander token whenever possible

Youre going to want to have a healthy amount of cards that can sneak past your opponents defenses so you can rev your speed up a bit, so some evasion like flying is perfect for a Mendicant deck
