You can't get extra value from blinking it, but bouncing and recasting it works just fine, making it real nice with cards like Time Wipe or Chulane, Teller of Tales

I decided on Archon of Cruelty because this black creature would also make up for some of the removal I took out from cards like Sadistic Shell Game and Fear of Burning Alive

I recommend ten Islands though you can certainly get away with less if you have to just remember that every Island less than ten that you play drops his stock a notch
