Lets talk about some of my favorites in detail

No drop shadow: the illustration window has the same border weight all the way around, with no shadow effect on the right and bottom edges

The legal "Obelisk" and "Slifer" possess effects virtually identical to their video game effects, while the legal version of "Ra" has its effects severely weakened (it cannot be Special Summoned, does not gain ATK equal to the total ATK of the monsters Tributed for its Tribute Summon, and its Point-to-Point Transfer effect can only be used upon its Normal Summoning, thus limiting the player's choice and making it incompatible with its "Phoenix" effect)
