The concept alone is arresting: one of the three Legendary Birds of Kanto, captured and controlled by Team Rocket, its natural electrical power corrupted and weaponized for villainous purposes
These sorts of cards, that are at once armies-in-a-can, value engines, and strategy enablers, quickly earn a reputation as kill-on-sight targets
I'm not sure yet which of these cards I'll be building around first, but I've got a funny feeling that I won't be able to resist throwing together a four or five-color Cat list with all of the new Cats Wizards has given us
That said, its nothing a bit of strategy cant solve
Impulse draw is exiling a card and then being able to cast it for a short duration of time
