As Timothy Zaccagnino said when I asked for his opinion about this topic, I think the onus is partly on the player to say to themselves that they don't need everything that comes out, and I find it interesting and exciting that people can play cards against me in 2023 that I'd never seen before
It would be nice if Shops had access to a main deck card that could help them take game one of a match against Dredge (aside from the usual Wasteland plan), but this card probably isn't worth it
