Some of these effects are good because theyre cheap

These cards have a neat sepia look to them, giving off the impression that theyre some sort of blueprint or treasure map, with special artwork and formatting to help make them stand out from the rest of the cards in the set

Its clear that even a heroic sacrifice wont spare characters from being compleated and used as weapons against their old friends

Difficult casting cost, but I could see this as a signpost uncommon in a 3-color set

Blessed Alliance 5.5 I am a huge fan of this card but I fear it may be a little too low impact and unreliable to see frequent use
