You can even choose characters who don't have official names, as long as they're clearly defined characters, like the Wanderer
There are cards that lean into this strategy within the deck, like Captivating Crew and Hostage Taker, but the cards that steal other peoples things are actually fairly cheap, so upgrading this Lost Caverns of Ixalan deck in this way is a lot of fun and allows you to be just the worst kind of Commander playing goblin
