The deck was pretty much just the Modern list with Artifact Lands and Stoneforge Mystic - cards banned in the Modern format at the time

And they do, indeed, counter most things

It pulls back what you want, and can dodge interaction by activating a second or even third time

There are a lot of powerful synergies in the deck, but it isnt quite as outwardly insane as the others weve seen
