Rampant Frogantua's second ability counts every player who has lost, no matter how the player lost the game: due to a state-based action (having 0 or less life, trying to draw a card from an empty library, having 10 or more poison counters), because of a spell or effect that states they lose the game, because your awesome might has left them with no choice other than concession, or for any other reason

Then, they may take any of the following actions in any order they like: Attach up to one Energy card from their hand to one of their Pokmon Play as many Basic Pokmon from their hand onto their Bench as they like (up to 5 total) Evolve as many of their Pokmon as they like Retreat their Active Pokmon up to one time (pay retreat cost) Play as many Trainer cards in their hand as they like (but only one Supporter card and one Stadium card) Use any Abilities or Pokmon Powers Note: Attacking will end a player's turn regardless of how many other actions they have taken, but a player may choose to end their turn without attacking
