Rayu Joven Mezcal Napa Valley Dark fruit aromas of blackMezcal Rayu Espadin Javen is produced by Isaias Martinez Juan in San Juan del Rio, Tlacolula, Oaxaca. This is an artisanal mezcal cooked in an underground conical oven, crushed by a horse dawn tahona, naturally fermented in pine wood vats, and double distilled copper pot stills. This mezcal has nots of fruits such as banana, mango, pineapple and a touch of caramel.
