It is a fabulous example of World War II era Patek Philippe watch with 18K rose gold case factory set by Patek with 22 diamonds. The twenty two diamonds, totaling approx. . 40 of a carat, are exceptionally high quality, as one would expect from original factory set diamonds on a watch of this caliber.
