Sadly these cards are also too narrow to be main cube considerations but they are a lot of fun
Gruul War Chant: When I first read this card, I thought it was a sorcery and that it was a pretty weak Falter, but I could see trying it out
Black mana, for example, is drawn from swamps, and is parasitic and destructive, leeching power from its victims before destroying them completely
These sorts of cards are easy to miss, because it seems like you already understand what the card does, but the nature of multiplayer Magic naturally lends these cards a lot of complexity
As far as flavor goes, I like that Andril, Flame of the Wests abilities represent how Aragorn used the sword to get the Dead Men of Dunharrow to fulfill their oath
It costs just over a mana per new card but affords you a good chunk of spells while digging a little deeper into your deck
