The problem is that a 2/2 (even a 2/2 with flying) can be outclassed fairly quickly, so delaying Vexing Gull trades its early game relevance (pecking in for damage) for mid-game value (when you might be behind in the race or not be able to attack with Vexing Gull)
The combination of two intimidating forces, the ruthless Team Rocket boss and the fearsome sea serpent, creates a card that radiates menace from every angle
Whether its as popular as Cascade remains to be seen, but dont be surprised if this mechanic takes Cascades place in future sets
This 2/2 creature only costs two mana , and also uses the prepare mechanic to cast Lightning Bolt for one mana , dealing three damage to any target
